Tree Transplanting

Recently, we transplanted seven mature Pyrus Chanticleer Trees (Pears trees) into Iluma Private Estate as part of our new entry statement from Marshall Road.  In addition, we also welcomed three feature mature Jacaranda trees that will find themselves right at home as part of the brand-new Luminous Park that is set to open later this year.

These mature Jacarandas were transplanted from our established plant nursery at Mirvac’s neighbouring masterplanned community Henley Brook Private Estate and will sit alongside more than 100 retained Eucalypt trees in Luminous Park. Being able to create unique outdoor spaces using retained and transplanted local trees is key to establishing character within our communities and ensuring ongoing environmental and lifestyle benefits for our residents and the wider community for years to come.
